Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation you will be refunded for any unused full month service within 30 days, there are no refunds for partial months. You can sign up for Captain Agent Service again at any time. Once canceled, your web site will become in-accessible to the public. This does not affect your access to your web site once login but access to your web site with a domain (example: www.yourdomain.com) will be in-active.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless Captain Agent and its affiliates, and all officers, directors, owners, agents, content providers, licensors and licensees (collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you or any user of your account of this Agreement. Enforcement by Captain Agent
In the event Captain Agent determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, Captain Agent shall have the right to immediately terminate your account (with or without refund), refuse membership, or block the sending or receipt of messages from our Site, and/or pursue any other remedies available to it under applicable law.
Governing Law
This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
